Tropical Fruit World
Situated in the beautiful Tweed Valley, Tropical Fruit World lets you spoil yourself with a unique Gold Coast experience that indulges all your senses! It offers an interactive activity for the whole family. Growing over 500 varieties of exotic tropical fruits from around the world, visitors can taste, smell and touch rare exotic fruits such as the chocolate pudding fruit, chewing gum tree and lemon meringue fruit.
No matter what time of the year it is, there is always an amazing variety of delicious fruit in season to sample at Tropical Fruit World's fruit tasting show. There is fruit to try that has to be seen to be believed - the ice cream bean, red dragon fruit, banana bubble gum fruit and far more are all dreams made reality right here! Visitors not only get to taste the fresh fruit in season, but the preserves that are unique to our plantation are ready for purchase to take home for further enjoyment.
Come aboard the Plantation Safari for a guided tour of the farm, explore Treasure Island, and adventure on to the Miniature Rail Ride, Jungle River Cruise and Fauna Park. Don't forget to stock up on exotic fruit, home-style gourmet jams and sauces, and avocado oil skin care products before you leave!

The General Park Admission Ticket allows you to enjoy our plantation safaris, mini train rides, jungle riverboat cruise, treasure island, fauna park and fruit tasting shows.
Tours depart
Daily at 11.00am; 12.30pm; 2.00pm and 3.00pm (Duration approximately 50 minutes)
Fruit Tasting Shows hourly from 10.20am - 3.20pm (Duration approximately 40 minutes)

- Miracle Fruit Show - amazing varieties of delicious fruit in season to sample. Try unusual fruits like the ice-cream bean, champagne fruit, chocolate pudding fruit, lemon meringue and many more.....
- Orchard Discovery Walks - enjoy a safari through the garden with an interpretive guide to help you discover the rare and tropical fruit.
- Miniature train ride - the easiest way to see the islands is to hop aboard our mini-train. More often than not the train will pause to allow passengers to see the free-range koala feast and other native wildlife.
- Fauna Park - interact with farm and native animals waiting for a friendly pat and a feed.
- Rainforest walks - there are a number of delightful walling tracks through the rainforest reserve - Koala Way, Possum Way, the Hidden Circuit, Red Gum Lane and more....
- Plantation safari - board the tractor train for a safari through a plantation full of 500 kinds of fruit!
- Treasure island - kids and kids at heart can enjoy acres of fun including a cubby houses, flying fox ride, ball-game equipment and a mini-golf course.
- Jungle river cruise - cruise along the river that is teeming with wildlife. Feed wild birds, spot turtles and water-dragons, you may even see a carpet snake coiled up enjoying the sun..
- Koi fish and native bird feed - in a large tree-lined dam filled with Japanese Koi fish of many colours, visitors can feed them with pieces of bread. A unique experience.....
- Fruit Market - take the opportunity to taste the wonderful fresh tropical fruit from our orchards.
- Rainforest gift shop - a very special shopping experience. Products developed from researching with a vast range of tropical fruits and native bush food, are available to visitors for purchase.

Additional Information
If you are travelling to Tropical Fruit World from the Gold Coast, travel south to the Gold Coast Airport then remain on the highway for a further 10 minutes. Take the Murwullimbah Exit 40, then simply follow the signs to Tropical Fruit World.
If you are travelling to Tropical Fruit World from Byron Bay or Ballina, travel north on the Pacific Highway and take the first exit left after passing through the tunnel on the highway. Then simply follow the signs to Tropical Fruit World.
